opted for normal mail and i even bother showing her pics of proof that the item already posted out. Now complained that her item lost, blaming me as if its my fault whereas its the singpost problem. She even got the cheek to call me a irresponsible seller when ive actually have deal with so many postage and all of them got their packages safely.
As a seller, its your responsibility to follow-up to the buyer if they received the item already or not, especially if its normal mail where you can not track the item.., But you don't even bother to send msg asking if its received already or not.
Super efficient buyer! Highly recommended as buyer. Thank you and cheers
