Seller barely responsive, waited for several days before seller could provide update, until I had to ask to revoke transaction. They come back saying they had to double clean the item, which shouldn’t be a problem at all. Thing is, they barely respond. Item comes and it is all wet, with a funny smell. Asked seller for a refund just to help with professional cleaning, they refused.

Still doesn’t resolve why seller was not responsive nor proactive, which is also reflected in a similar review from a different buyer

First of all, we want to clarify that we always double-clean all pairs thoroughly before shipping and we are confident the pair are clean and dry before dispatching. We are careful during this rainy season because we know parcels can sometimes be exposed to moisture during transit—something that’s unfortunately out of our control, especially since J&T allows only one thin pouch per parcel. While we understand your concern, we believe this situation can be resolved by simply cleaning the item.
Just took quite some time on the delivery. Yet, legit seller! Gave me a great deal. Thank you!
