Buyer show interest and arrange for meet up to save courier fee buy fail to collect. after 2 weeks of pending, buyer Requested to collect after she return from overseas. Pm her to arrange collection and even offer to deliver to her but she did not reply message at all. Cancel other offers because of her. Think twice before dealing.

Hi sis, i was late to reply your msg for a day and i did kept my promise to get it. You offered to take from your mum at marsiling and thats when i didnt reply as i did inform you i needed to clear some issue at work prior to this comment you made. If you expected an instant reply, i dont think i can offer that to you

U state that i have to go to your block to collect as you have kids at home. Asked for the nearest MrT but you decline. So whats your problem. Anyways like you said no money no talk. So since you have no interest to sell to me and even said someone offered higher, does it mean that you had the mindset to back out and sell it to someone higher?

Made an offer of $50 on 11/12/2017 den MIA. Then recently enquire on e same item again, was kind enough to entertained this buyer.
