Its $90. Not $9. Wat solutions are U talking abt? U asked me to go Google for 3rd party apps. If yr China HP has Google, I wld try. Maybe I'm blind for not noticing the Chinese wordings on the packaging but it doesn't mean U can avoid informing me abt the hp's country of origin. Wat msg? Wats root access? I'm just a hp user, not an IT expert.
The buyer ignores things. Solutions to solve the issue were found and provided to the buyer but he refused to try. The buyer is too good at blaming others. You do ignore things. Please read the message I sent you about get root access. The buyer deleted his positive comments about the phone. What a fair person!
