Black Dr marts T bar inspired, bought a month back. Claimed as worn once, doesn't look so from the multiple scruff marks when I received it. It was clarified that that was due to long storage. A week after, the back of the shoes ripped and after 3 weeks the soles came off. What upset me was that I was expecting a pair of clean shoes that could last me for awhile. I bought two necklaces from her. They arrived on time, due to prompt postage, which I greatly appreciated. She also did assist in taking additional pics of the product. Unfortunately, one of the necklaces was badly damaged (pendant had broken off). When notified, she did not agree to a partial refund, not even a subsidised one. A situation difficult to point fingers, but this did affect my experience working with her. Perhaps a one-off issue, but worth taking note of for potential buyers.
