Offered made and accepted. That means an obligation to see it through. Meetup arranged between 12-1pm. However, at 11.57am buyer backs out. Granted user is new, and deal location is to my convenience, however that doesn't change the fact that I took time and effort to retrieve the item from my 24/7 storage. Would say buyer deserves another chance. I still need to put this down though for the benefit of future potential transactions.
