Nagsabi n din ako sa kanya na Payment first policy kami sa items and yong SF lang ang COD via shopee checkout nag Ok sya. Akala ko maayos kausap joy reserver pla ndi na nag rereply at seen. Kaloka! “Reserved” ang status ng item ko for almost one day kasi I accepted her offer and trusted her, siya pa mismo nagrequest na i-reserve sa kanya at sure daw siya and to also prove na maayos ako kausap pero bigla siya umatras sa pagbili . During that time na yun yung status ay may iba sana ako naging buyer pero dahil nakita nilang reserved ay madidiscourage na sila. Hindi siya maayos kausap.
Since the item was considered non-essential by DTI, I wanted to check if there will be no delivery issues, especially that it will be coming from Quezon City which at the time is under extreme ECQ. I openly discussed this with the seller. I even said that he can go ahead and sell it to someone else. I have the full thread of our conversation. He eventually stopped replying and seemed to have changed his user name since then.
I had a pleasant and smooth transaction with the buyer. She was considerate and patient with the shipping schedule. :)
