Buyer made offer but failed to follow up with deal. I have given more than 3 days to allow buyer to contact me, but buyer went under the radar.

I been wait seen 5 july 2015 until today 29 aug 2015 àlmost 2 months.... and keep saying monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Saturday and says will send it by courier, telling me by Saturday will receive 3pm to 9pm. End up I wait until 12pm still haven't receive. I was very angry that feeling likes cheated my money. I been order 2 bags from this sellers. Asking for refund my 2 bags until today never give me answer yet.... NOT RECOMMEND !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
