Despite the skeptical reviews, I decided to keep my faith in humanity and foolishly travelled all the way from Hougang to Haw Par Villa just to deliver the item to him. When I reach the meet-up place, I tried several times to contact him with no avail. But you don't blame the dog for biting you, you blame yourself for giving it to chance to do it. But this dog is still absolutely incorrigible.
