真係有點嬲個賣家本來話約咗時間….接受咗Offer⚡️ 之後又話唔賣….留返佢屋企人用 🥹🥹其實真係諗清楚先好登出出嚟🥺 呢啲叫Commitment…. 佢話要收$500話$100… 銀行櫃員機排隊比較多人..

這個人好奇怪… 已經接受Offer 本來約咗星期三，跟住話屋企有事，咁我就send message俾佢叫佢就番時間星期一大概六點後，可以嗎？但之後隔咗幾個鐘覆回覆，「話唔賣啦，留返比屋企人💡💡 」其實佢講…話我唔開心話時間唔啱…我都冇表達話唔開心… 「send message話就返時間星期一可以嗎？」佢自己諗出嚟真係好奇怪😅😅 最主要我覺得你接受咗Offer就唔可以無端端又話唔買留返比屋企人….呢啲叫Commitment 🌱🌱🌱 本來我可以唔使寫依段嘢出嚟不過我想其他買家都要留意番佢post ‼️ buyer 俾咗Offer之後又唔賣💡 這樣咪令人哋真係好失望 💔 我都估佢一定俾返一粒星我⭐️ 但我唔可以唔出聲當冇件事發生🙏所以先清楚刊登返發生咩事😤

其實在接受offer後幾小時內通知取消（因為某些原因，決定留給自用），同時交收是在兩天後。只是表示唔收$1000紙幣，只接受$500或$100紙幣。已經表示可以payme。我唔介意佢俾一粒星，但只想說清楚已在數小時內通知取消，交易是在兩天後。同時我沒有硬性規定只收現金。所有曾經和我交易的買家都明白我是一個準時及貨品非常對辦的賣家，從來沒有不尊重買家。
