Wenny Ow is a very irresponsible buyer. Agreed to come collect my water fountain at 5 pm but only tell me 5 mins before dat she can only come at 630 pm! And dat was after I whatsapp her at 4.55 pm. Had to keep changing plans to brg my kids out but she keeps changing time then eventually say she do not want to proceed when item is cleaned, brought out and placed on trolley after she requested to brg it down for her...have the cheek to teach me contact 30 mins b4 when she shd hv inform she is late

Thank you. I had apologised for not contacting you 30mins before the stipulated timing to reconfirm. Nonetheless, commented that it is a good practice to reconfirm timing, works both way, for online transactions such as this. I could totally understand seller's unhappiness. Decision was made not to proceed to transact after the unfriendly tone.
