Buyer was a fast payer, but quite persistent & demanding. Requested a refund/return even after opening & using the item,which was brand new & sealed upon delivery. Claimed dissatisfaction with the sound quality something subjective & not due to any fault or damage.Item was delivered in good condition,properly sealed and unused. I don’t believe the return request was fair given these circumstances
The product was advertised as "sealed" to confirm its authenticity and unused condition. However, the packaging arrived with non-factory tape and no proper seal, directly contradicting the listing’s claims.
