Follow-up review

Buyer sent a message (after 6 days of receiving) saying that she had the bag checked at Tory Burch Greenbelt & they said that it was fake & she wanted a refund. Asked her the sales associate's name cause Im 100% sure that it is legit cause it came from an NYC branch & I wanted to directly complain to the store for the false claims but she never replied anymore & it just raised a lot of red flags.

easy to deal naman sana si buyer. kaya lang may konting problem. - 1st issue is, nagbobook siya ng rider to pickup her items, ng wala pang go signal ko. nakakapressure sa part ko kasi need ko ipaprepare agad agad sa mga tao sa bahay namin, yung items niya 🥲 - 2nd issue, sinabihan niyang hindi daw original yung item ko.
