- this is a steal for its value and its quality - very easy to deal with - very responsive, took the time to a take a picture of the item with the measurements - knows her item, i just took the seller's word that it's 100% wool when i asked for the material, but she really knows her stuff - true to her words to set my expectations right, the item is obviously used but no damage beyond repair
