Hello, I'm sorry you are not happy with the service, but I did go out of my way to help you try to retrieve back your item .However, I am not the post office, i am not able to find back a lost item, neither am I able to refund you back as I'll be losing money too as I had mailed out the item. Same goes for mailing another item.as I had stated in the T&C, I am not liable for lost mail, sorry :( Sorry, just not happy with the fact that the post office lost the item, yet i have to take the blame
