Price at $25 & buyer Lowballed at $5. We agreed to deal $15. When buyer reached & i retrieve item, then found the handle had broken. Didn’t thought much abt it as doesn’t affect actual goods. During deal, buyer expressed disappointment as she meant to gift somebody. I offered to cancel the deal but buyer still agreed to proceed, w/o expressing any request like price reduction. Dishonest bkstabber!
If seller can be honest in first place and tell me in advance that the handle is broken I would have cancel the deal over carousell. Not when I travel from Jurong to HG and show me the item bag is broken, I hv no choice but to purchase the item due to the distance i travelled. I do not think your review to me is fair seller need to reflect even thou seller have over 200+ of 5* rating, items purchased is just not same from photos condition, thanks!
