Seller told me Item was 2.3kg but I weighed it and it ended up weighing 4.8kg. The seller did not answer my calls after I message him to tell him the problem. Tried calling many times. And today a few days after use, the system crashed half way through a word document and it cannot be booted. Lost my work and I can’t get it to even start. Tried to contact seller but seller did not reply.
