buyer does not deserve a good rating. Evaded payment by turning off his phone so the rider and i could not have proof of payt even after hw was told the package was received by the ride. Plenty of excuses..eventually the rider had to leave.. only paid because the rider told me she will not hand over the item until i had proof of payment.
