Don’t fool people...the product is absolutely brand new. Other buyers knew that if the product was a testing sample, I will remark “second hand product” and told them before the trade. Just because the trade is no refund and exchange and we didn’t allow you to try so you said something opposites. See you trade records... bad reputation
