Item was as seen in picture, haven't tested out the quality of them but the brushheads are soft and firm. However, the handles was a lot heavier than expected (too heavy for makeup brushes) but design was on point :) Seller was prompt and punctual despite the few replies, and thanks for catering to my requests last minute (within a day) ! :D
Really great at handling issues that may arise. I received a slightly default brush and she was really kind as to exchange it for me!
