In-sincere buyer! Made offer on 20Jan17 and claimed to be overseas and will collect item on 29Jan17 and later changed collection date to 30Jan17. On 30Jan17, again changed collection date to 31Jan17, 4pm. On 31Jan, again changed collection date to 02 Feb and expecting us to keep obliging when not even a deposit was placed. Please do not abuse our kindness.

Only replied once after making an offer...afterwhich no further replies.

I would suggest that in future, that he negotiates the price and location before making an offer. He took 2 weeks to reply, saying that he was not going to purchase because location was too far for him.
