first of all it's not broken, you are soooo stupid in dealing and soooo stupid in using earphones you don't even know how it works and when I told you if you are having some problem with it, I am happy to exchange it for you, I have already opened it and tested it, then you asked is it with plastic packed if I don't open it then how can I test it but since then you never replied......apart from giving negative review. that's Not A fair trade worst buyer❗
