The seller asked me what size on Carousell, l replied and he sent me a diff size and insisted they follow the offer on WhatsApp. My bad for not reading carefully as l assumed they got everything right but now there is a problem and no effort to resolve it from their end. Just keep repeating we follow the offer. Poor customer service. At least give a solution to try and resolve the problem.
Once offer is sent to you we will follow the same channel as explained. By communicating via different platforms confuses everyone. Offer, payment, acknowledgement had been kept to the same WhatsApp offer. Same details had been shared with logistics and warehouse. We can’t upkeep with changes via different channels. We had followed your order details via which payment was made and same order was delivered
