Amos is intuitive and customises workouts to his client's needs, while teaching effective techniques while not over-correcting his clients so they can like get the flow of the body movement, and then correct techniques. What I really like is that he asks for feedback constantly and works with you on everything. I have had many trainers over the years and Amos is the first one who doesn't feel like there is pressure and that this is a true team effort.
