Smooth deal. But it will be good to clean the item before selling. No need to clean nicely at least not dead lizard on the shelf.
Bought used furniture at a cutthroat price as part of house clearing- even came and inspected in person - can't really expect it to be cleaned up perfectly (we already gave it a quick wipe before hand)!
Accepted my offer then tried to increase the price, then I finally agreed with a slight reduction from the new price he propsoed, but thereafter no reply and accepted offer from others.
Initially posted the wrong price - offered to sell at a price lower than my asking price but he wanted to negotiate an even lower price. As I was not happy with this price I accepted another offer instead.
