Communication was reasonably okay. As the transaction involved a bulky item, it would have been better if seller had mentioned in advance that her block is not directly accessible from the carpark though. Condition of item was as described, albeit a little dusty and there was a fair amount of cobweb on one of the legs. Would definitely have been better if it was wiped down ahead of the collection.
