The Driver Mr Hafiz was very professional and was very helpful, patient and most importantly drive us around safely. Waited for us during our shopping, lunch and brought us to Nice cake shop. He even drove all the way from Batam city area to our resort which was almost 1 hour drive to pick up and drop. He is very accommodative to stop during the ride to buy snacks. We highly recommend him.
