Purchased Spectra S1 pump from this seller and it broke down within 3 weeks,pump was not used on weekends. In actuality,pump was used for less than 3 weeks. Objectively speaking, a hospital grade brand new (or so as claimed by Tracy) pump should last longer than a mere 3 weeks. It can be proven that no damage (no scratch),water leakage is to be found. Sought for a partial refund of only $90 with a return of the pump, but seller refused, telling me that there is nothing she can do with the pump.
Pump sold was fully functioning as proven during/after transaction. Seller also took the steps to ensure functionality of pump before transaction. Buyer also used it for 3 to 4 weeks before claiming it is not working. Usage under what circumstances or condition by buyer was unknown. We seller cannot guarantee the item for weeks. It is unfortunate that things turn out this way. Price agreed during transaction was a reduced n discounted price of 190 instead of 260 as advertised.
