quite confusing experience. 留下電話時沒有透露那不是他本人的電話，以及是由他人代替他交收，引致誤會。交收前並未能及時回覆信息。打通代替交收人電話後交代模糊，交收人亦不是站在相約地點。希望下次若果不是本人交收，能交代清楚交收事宜。唯一值得讚賞是書本質量不錯。

本人事前清楚向買家提議在地鐵站客戶服務中心交收，獲得買家同意，但買家最後卻交收前2分鐘才臨時單方面透過文字訊息更改交收位置。本人也是在交收後才收到買家的文字訊息,訊息的發送時間清楚顯示是在交收後，雖然未能確定，但估計是買家手機未能收到或/關閉了流動數據。本人事前也提議交換聯絡電話方便溝通，買家起初有點不情願，本人在交收前一天再次提起這件事，才獲買家的配合，交收當天買家手機起初一直未能接通。最後，本人並未有委託他人代交收，希望買家不要歪曲事實。 本人對交收時的些微誤會起初也不太介意，故此為買家留下了5星好評。但看到買家留下的差評，本人認為有責任釐清事實。
