unsure if this was a genuine buyer at all. scheduling for a meet up was difficult and very inflexible and eventually buyer went MIA.

You were keen in collecting deposit only saying reasons to avoid meeting
MIA buyer. Accomodated his request to meet at his office but went MIA unfortunately and not responding to messages.
