Ordered the medium neo black sling long champ on 27/12, paid deposit of $100 and order was placed by seller on 29/12. Was told to wait for about 10-18 days. However, no updates from seller after that. I have to keep texting to ask about updates. On 14 Jan, which was around 18 days, she told me that the bag was expected to arrive by that week. On 17 Jan, I asked and was told that there might be delays. Told me to wait and wait. Until 24 Jan, I asked for my deposit back. The experience is bad.
