All details already posted and yet this buyer didn't even bother to read them before making an offer (battery cycle was in the description and still asked for it, lol.) Then made up a reason so he could cancel. Lowballer and an absolute flaker. Don't waste your time with this person. Probably has nothing else to do than make offers then back out due to some god-awful excuse
