Buyer kept delaying for weeks on payment and meetup. Although I've pending buyers and rejected them reserving it specially for her as she seems sincere. Now, she's missing in action. Repeated empty promises, couldn't meetup at my stated convenience and didn't want to opt for registered postage with tracking. Totally irresponsible.

Buyer made an offer on the 19 of Aug. Have been delaying from then till now, said would deal during Aug but now is alrdy Sep, fine it's alright I unds ur situations. But have alr planned to deal on 22nd Sep which is Thursday & now no response as I have given her many days n times. & given her the last chance on the 22nd Thursday night till now 23rd Friday evening no replies.
