I don't usually give negative reviews for joy reserved, but I just had to , hoping she will never do it to another seller because it's a truly annoying habit. For the benefit of the doubt I entertained this person. I should have believed the reviews. I hope no seller will be put under this situation again. Sorry but you need to put your act together.
