Item sent as described in listed. Buyer later requested a refund, which was provided as goodwill. I made every effort to resolve the issue and communication remained polite throughout.

What seller has listed was definitely not the same as it was listed ‘like new’ but turned out full of stains. Yet, still being dishonest and posted it anyway. The refund was just merely partial refund, 35%, after I insisted politely as well and was being kind enough to save the seller’s trouble of sending me another pants as compensation. I rated seller 3 stars despite losing money due to her lack of integrity, but I got 2 stars rating. FYI, I have never received a rating lower than 5.
