Previously ordered from Felix in 2023 and had a great experience, so I decided to order again for Mother’s Day. Unfortunately, the flowers received this time looked quite different from the listing, and there was no response when feedbacked. Delivery was also $20 with no timing selection. Flowers were left outside without doorbell being rung, and some petals were already wilted upon receipt.
Follow-up review
Had a disappointing Mother’s Day order initially as the bouquet looked different from the listing. However, Felix reached out afterwards, acknowledged the feedback and offered free delivery for my next order. Gave them another chance and bouquet delivered this time looked much closed to listing, though slightly smaller than expected. Appreciate the effort made to rectify the experience.
