It seems there’s been some confusion on your end. You did not turn up during the COD. When I met with your husband, I clearly informed him that the phone is a US carrier model. I even pointed out the US charger and took the time to explain the implications. I provided instructions on purchasing a turbo sim later on and, as a courtesy, refunded you the necessary amount to do so. However, it appears you’ve chosen to disregard that advice and insist on handling things your own way.
