Grabe na-disappoinment ako sa item mo...ndi sya new gaya ng sabi mo sa description mo old stock na yung shoes na halos nagba-bakbak na at yung swelas natatanggal na sa dikit...tumupad ako sa araw ng payment pero sana nman naging totoo ka sa item mo..nanloloko ka ng customer mo...sorry for my word pero grabe na encounter ko sau...
My item was posted for sale 27 weeks ago and never used, hence the soles of the shoes may have expired due to prolonged storage. If payment was given on time, my delivery schedule was on time as well. Despite the unexpected circumstance, I made a proper apology, and gave a full refund within an hour upon receipt of the item. We can deal and mend professionally without personal accusations. Huwag po sana tayo manira ng pagkatao.
