DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. A very dishonest seller who didn't send the complete dress. It's impossible to have left out the collar that's supposed to send together with the dress. When asked, seller said will send out the next day. But waited for weeks, the collar didn't arrive. Seller also didn't show proof of postage for the collar. Seller didn't even bother to reply to my last message. A very unreliable seller to have dealt with. A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!

Buyer understood of risk for having chosen normal mail as the option despite us urging buyer to opt for courier service. So it is solely at your own risk. We are not responsible for something we have no control of, moreover you insisted on having normal mail as your option so buyer have to bear it's own consequences of the risk taken. All proves are provided, twice. 1) before mailing, we asked buyer to verify the address & 2) a picture prove of parcel+stamps attached. We did the best already.
