I was a little skeptical as last time I got scammed purchasing kookai clothes from someone else on carousell! :((( but this seller totally genuine quick response, items in immaculate condition. Totally recommend :D

It was been two weeks since I made offers and paid for 4 items from this seller- I still have not received my items. I received a tracking number two days ago which still says pending. I had to contact PayPal and raise a dispute for this seller to even give me a tracking number and supposedly send the items. Communication has been mediocre. Can’t comment on condition of items as not yet received
