Horrible experience! After following the instructions from repairman Harman, my switch console stopped working and did not start again. Harman appears to be an inexperienced repairman. Please avoid!

Hi,sorry to hear you had a bad experience,it seems like you came to me with a switch not turning on,all i asked you to do was to try to hard reset the switch.After doing so you stated that the switch was working again and asked to exchange review.After i left you a good review,you suddenly told me your switch wasnt working again and immediately left me a 1 star review without consulting me about next steps.I have not touched your switch or exchange any parts nor have i collected any payment.
