I had to board my GCC for 14 days. Serene and her daughter are both really friendly. Her daughter also shared tips with us! They listened patiently to my birdie’s needs and sent videos everyday. My GCC came back healthy and safe. It seems like he had made friends with the other birds boarded there too. Boarding area was kept neatly and organised, providing a safe environment! Serene is great to talk to and willing to go the extra mile to help change my cockatiels crop bra! Takes great care of the birds and has a clean environment, sending videos of her interaction everyday. Cages of all boarded birds and her own birds are well kept and tidy. 💯💯 Would definitely board with her again! Both birds came back good and healthy, and had a great experience staying with her.

First time send my conure to a bird boarding and found this listing. It was a very pleasant experience for me and my conure! Owner's house is really clean and have a nice environment!! She is very friendly. Left my 2 cockatiels for 2weeks with her. She will promptly update with videos/pictures daily. She will also interact with ur fids and serve treats when necessary. My fids were comfortable with her, they can be seen singing in some videos. Thank u for the extra effort to ensure the cage is clean when sending them back and the extras newspaper. Recommended! Sent my bird there for 7 days when I was away during CNY, Serene took good care of my bird and sent me pictures to update me, she also shared with me useful tips on how to manage bird. Serene's family are great bird lovers and very knowledgeable about birds. My 2 love birds were very well fed with our food as well as sunflower seeds as treats, and that makes them very happy during their 3 days' stay here. Photos and videos were sent daily giving you assurance that your pets are in good hands in this spacious environment. They even help to clean the bird cages out of their own initiative & trim my birds' claws per my request. Definitely recommend their bird nanny services.

Sweetsushi is truly a bird lover. Not only we were blessed to have found her, but her family also took care and played with our 2 Conures.
