took awhile to respond and no update if item was shipped. asked for refund after 2 weeks of sending payment. sadly as the buyer i keep on asking update to follow up. she was prompt on at first but after payment just promised to send. afterwhich she failed to send again. pressuming that it was never shipped. still waiting for the refund
