Very nice buyer, super easy to deal.

Irresponsible buyer. Made an offer, I accepted but he seems to have changed his mind as he never responded after that. Could have at least retracted the offer or told me that he changed his mind. My advice to other sellers is to respond to other potential buyers first before considering him even if his offer is higher.
