very kind and polite, decided to purchase in the morning and met up on the same afternoon. however she said she will meet around 230-3pm but turned up past 4pm.. she was bringing 3 kids along so understandable but she should still inform me in advance (she didn’t inform in advance).. and i reminded to bring exact amount cash but she last min asked to paynow instead.. but overall nice buyer :)
