Bought The Balm palette from her, glad it arrived safely though it wasn't bubblewrapped. Seller is nice with prompt replies but I was a bit sad that it's not totally brand new as claimed. Hope seller can be more honest next time. Nevertheless I give positive feedback because the palette is cheaper than retail.
