He took my Jaeger Lecoultre watch on 25 Mar 19. i received a week later with the automatic mechanism not working. on my next collection, the hr/min hands does not wind and the watch runs intermittently. the watch is now clearly malfunctioned under his care. i have filed a suit against him. he explicitly admitted to his mistake of damaging the watch but refusing responsibility after knowing the cost. all documented and i can show buyers/users should anyone require proof of. chat on my listing
