Wish I could give 0 stars. Absolutely irresponsible & unaccountable. I had first contacted her a week b4 I wanted the cleaning service $ Ruhi confirmed that she was able to provide it. Aft confirming with her on WhatsApp again the night before said service should be provided @ 1pm the next day, she completely ghosted me on the day itself (Sunday). also has another account where she reviews herself

I arrange cleaning services in last week . for my place one male cleaner & one female cleaner came to work for 2 hours. they do 2 washrooms , kitchen , 3 bedrooms & living room in 2 hours. charges also same rates I am very happy with the services I hope to get the services next time also

Corresponding was fine, till the actual day. I’ve been communicating with Ruuhi, n told her to come at 8.30am. On the actual day, at 8.36am I texted her and asked if she can find my place, no reply till 8.45am and she told me her Friend is coming. This lady has an integrity issue. The person she sent came at 9.05am n the best part is she does not do good job n lied to say she has cleaned. Rating 0

got the service for a 4 hr for 5 room hdb unit. An Indian lady arrived informed her the job scope of washing two toilets vac ,mopp,windows and blinds.Agreed via chat can be done in stipulated time. She took 4hrs to clean the windows and blinds only! Toilets walls still dirty.I cancelled vac&mop too slow.Idon't understand those rated her as gd & professional.Not worth a single cent at all😡🤬.

I engage for a 4 hr service for 5 room hdb unit. appointment fixed at 9 am however no show till 0930. despite sending msg via carousel, the msg was read but no response. An Indian lady arrived informed her the job scope of washing two toilets sweeping mopping changing bedsheets cleaning 4 ceiling fans her work is slow at 1330 she left without mopping😖 work is not thorough won't engage again
