Every lesson is fun and I feel great after that. Throughout the session, I feel very comfortable as I can trust that the instructor will ensure that I do not injured myself. Fantastic value for the service. This class was 1/3rd of the price of my regular private Pilates class while offering the same to better training atmosphere with all the equipment I needed. Sim is an excellent coach with attention to detail, form and pushes you to do your best. The classes have been fun and highly motivating and have greatly helped making my core stronger. Feels great!

I decided to take up classes to deal with my pain. The instructor is patient and very willing to share tips and reasons why we do certain exercises. After the first session, my pain was immediately more manageable and I am just looking forward to every session! Not to mention, I love the one on one approach and I know I am doing everything right.
