Great buyer to deal with! Punctual and Pleasant transaction!
Buyer has bad communication ŵ wife. As agreed 2 pick up frm HV tram st aft 4:30pm as my son naps btw 3-4:30 else they will have to come to my hse to collect. Text @ 4:10pm asking me to bring it to CWB. Told him I will only wake my son up at 4:30pm & he was OK. Made it to tram by 5pm, (had my 10kg bb in carrier & had to carry the pram) Halfway there, buyer's wife call & said they waited since 3:30pm😅 Told her I was on e way there but she insisted on cancelling deal despite 3 stops away.
If you cant come out immediately, you shoule let the buyer know. It doesnt make sense if you need to come out from your home half an hour after. Though kids are the top priorty, but you are an adult, you can manage your time but not asking others to wait for you for an hour. Dont ever try to use new mommy as an excuse.
